The spare parts and accessories are not under warranty.

If the item is defective on its arrival, the customer has 3 days to from the receipt date to exchange a new one. We just pay a one-way shipping charge from China to you, and we will reship the replaced one to you by China air mail. Please make sure all items are not damaged and are in resalable condition when we receive them. Please also offer quality proof of the quality problem.

Please check the package on its arrival in front of the courier. If you find the parcel is damaged or the device is broken, please refuse to sign the parcel and contact us ASAP. We also need your proof from the shipping company that the parcel was damaged on its arrival, and then we can claim against the shipping company for compensation. Otherwise, we do not accept any claims for compensation from the buyer.

You can return it within 7 days after receipt.
